HEALTHCASTSOLUTIONS’ Support Center provides its customers with quick and accurate information to help them get the most from their deployment of HealthCast software. Each customer receives a unique login to the Support Center so that each can log requests, classify the level of their requests, provide additional information, and follow progress to closure. The Support Center also provides customers with access to a list of answers to the most frequently asked support questions and troubleshooting topics. For requests with high importance, a support phone number is provided to customers, as is 24x7x365 support. Our customer support program is designed for fast response to customers.
